Once we have received your return, we will refund your purchase within 5 business days to your original payment method.

How to return your order in 3 steps

Step 1: Request a return form

Step 2: Send your return

Return the items together with the completed return form to the address provided.

Important:
Always ship your return with a tracking number (Track & Trace). As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment. This helps avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
